Andy discovered enough coals from Monday’s fire to light yesterday’s fire without paper or a match.

The Final Word

From approx. 100 gallons of sap, we have over 1.8 gallons of syrup. Final cooking was done in two kitchens, Andy’s and Evelyn’s. Now, onto dinner and dancing!!
