We didn’t finish the East wall, but we made progress and we’ll finish the rest tomorrow. Maybe even before Andy has to leave at 9 AM?
Epilogue: we had a great time, and I really hope we go each time they meet (1st and 3rd Mondays). Tonight was a potluck and we brought the meal I made last night. People liked it and were intrigued by the food we like to eat. The dancing was fun too. We did the Virginia Reel among others.
East wall here we come!

Our vegan dinner tonight

Ingredients included:
Jasmine rice
Wild rice mix
Lentils
Almonds
Carrots
Bell peppers
Spinach
Sweet potatoes
Mrs. Braggs
Some dried green seasonings I don’t know the name of 🙂
It turned out tasting wonderfully. The only change I would make is to add the spinach at the end. An angel message told me to add it at the end, but I didn’t listen. Next time I will. 🙂
Notice the mulch on the South (left) side
