From approx. 100 gallons of sap, we have over 1.8 gallons of syrup. Final cooking was done in two kitchens, Andy’s and Evelyn’s. Now, onto dinner and dancing!!

We currently have about 1.5 inches of sap in the 28”x33” pan, so we have 28x33x1.5=1386/231=6 gallons.
In the center are the bubbles boiling with thick white foam around the edges
