Agree, pictures of fruits! Also, it certainly looks like you guys are eating well, that’s so fun to see the bounty of hopefully delicious fruits and veggies. Also more pics of the homestead progress! 🙂
Also, a description of how some of these exotics taste. I remember seeing a bright pink, white, and back-dotted fruit that looked right out of Dr. Seuss when we were in HI. I think it was called a dragon fruit. Have you seen anything like that? Much love to you!
Mom, we haven’t seen the dragon fruit here yet. Mark says the raw mamey sapote tastes sweet, similar to pumpkin pie or yams. Chico sapote has the texture of pears, but tastes VERY similar to brown sugar.
